My life has been shaped by profound challenges—some you wouldn’t believe if they weren’t true! At age 10, I had my elbow replaced. In my 20s, I battled cancer, endured a long recovery, and later faced decades of undiagnosed endometriosis, infertility, IVF, and the heartbreak of several miscarriages. Just when I thought I’d been through it all, the pandemic unearthed PTSD from my cancer recovery 20 years earlier. More recently? An oophorectomy, sepsis, and necrotizing fasciitis—because apparently, my body loves to keep things interesting!

But here’s the thing—I’m still here, still moving, still showing up. And no, I’m not your typical yoga teacher. I don’t have the picture-perfect bendy body, and I’m still figuring out how to tame that over-50 belly fat (seriously, if anyone finds the magic answer, let me know!). I struggle just like anyone else, but I often ask myself—where would I be if I didn’t do these things? If I didn’t move my body, breathe deeply, or embrace the practices that keep me going?

Holistic healing has been my anchor. Reflexology, Reiki, yoga, meditation, mindfulness, and nutrition have all played a role in helping me rebuild after life’s toughest moments. I’ve sought wisdom from therapists, specialists, and medical experts worldwide, blending ancient healing techniques with modern science to create an approach that’s both practical and deeply transformative.

I’m endlessly curious, always exploring new ways to support well-being—whether through yoga,, Chinese Medicine , crystal therapy, astrology, or even past life regression (because, why not?). To me, healing isn’t about perfection; it’s about finding what works, what feels good, and what helps us not just survive—but truly thrive.

With over 750 hours of Hatha and Yin yoga training, plus certifications as a Chinese Medical Yoga Practitioner for women’s health, Reflexologist, and Reiki Master, I live and breathe these practices every single day. I'm not your typical yoga teacher; I believe wellness should feel human, not perfect! I do eat pizza, I occasionally skip my yoga practice because the life gets in the way and I fully support meditating in a dressing gown.

I blend ancient wisdom with real-world living, helping women reconnect with their bodies without the pressure to be zen 24-7, bringing together ancient practices with modern healing. This creates practical, accessible wellness that truly supports women - just like you, no matter where you are on your journey. My life is both my practice and my passion, a living embodiment of balance, healing, and vitality.
